  4. 10DLC Compliance — Our messaging services are registered under A2P 10DLC. Opt-in is mandatory. Messages include opt-out instructions. CDM honors unsubscribe requests and ensures message transparency under carrier and regulatory rules.
  5. Cookies and Tracking — We use cookies categorized as Essential (site function), Functional (preferences), Analytics (site performance), and Marketing (ads & retargeting).   8. Data Breach Notification — In case of a data breach, CDM will notify affected users and/or authorities within 72 hours. We will disclose the type of data affected, scope, and actions taken. Breach response is part of our internal security protocol.
  9. Data Minimization & Retention — We collect only necessary data and retain it for no longer than needed. Data no longer required for business or legal purposes is deleted or anonymized.
  10. Sub processor Audits — All sub processors are contractually obligated to meet our data handling and security standards. We review them regularly to ensure compliance.
  11. Indemnity Clause — Clients are responsible for integrations or tools they authorize. CDM is not liable for breaches caused by misconfigured third-party tools or client negligence.

User Rights (GDPR/CCPA) — Depending on your region, you may have rights including access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.   13. Children’s Privacy — CDM does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
